PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HiSoft 7756S is a cationic softening agent for use in the Tissue Industry.

HiSoft 7756S is used to impart the properties of surface smoothness and bulk softness to tissue products without loss of strength.

GUIDELINES FOR GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION

HiSoft 7756S should be dosed either to the sheet surface via a spray bar or directly into the stock. The required dosage and addition point should be selected in conjunction with your local Representative. The performance of HiSoft 7756S can be measured in terms of softness as well as other tissue sheet properties such as caliper and stretch.HiSoft 7756S should be used in conjunction with the HiSoft creping product range in order to maximise tissue quality.

HANDLING AND SAFETY

Conventional metering pump or High viscosity metering pump can be used for feeding in to system. Liquid-side components of feeding equipment should be constructed of Polypropylene or SS 316. Polyethylene or SS 304 may be used for fittings, feed lines or tanks. PVC and CPVC piping, fittings and tanks should not be used this product. Please refer Material Safety Data Sheet before handling.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

HiSoft 7756S is available in 205 litre Drums or 1500 litre Semi Bulk containers. Recommended in-plant storage limit is three (3) months. Store away from oxidizers and reducing agents.
